Grooming Add Ons

All add ons are only available for daycare clients and must be booked on a day that your pup is already in the facility for daycare.

Brush Out / De-shed

This service reduces dog shedding and matting by using special tools and cleaners that gently remove loose hairs before they fall out. As seasonal temperatures increase, monthly or bi-weekly de-shed treatments can significantly reduce the presence of dog hair in your home. For our long haired non shedders we recommend bi-weekly brush outs to prevent matting.

Nail Trim

Keeping your pups nails short and clean prevents them from cracking / tearing. Most dogs nails will get filed down naturally from walking on the concrete but some dogs nails just keep growing. If your pup has dew claws these will never file down naturally so it is important to keep a close eye on their length. For most dogs we recommend one nail trim a month.

Brushing Dog's Teeth

Teeth Brushing

Periodontal disease, often known as gum disease in dogs, literally means “disease around the tooth". When plaque, tartar and bacteria collect on the tooth above and below the gumline, they inflame the tissue that supports the tooth, causing the gums and bone to recede and degrade.

In order to prevent this painful and costly disease we recommend weekly brushings for most dogs.

The smaller the dogs mouth that harder it is for them to keep their teeth clean naturally so for our smaller friends we recommend at least two brushings a week.
