When we first opened our daycare, we had one guiding principal:

Cassidy built our daycare by putting your dog's mental, physical, and emotional well-being first. Profit margins, efficiency, and everything else came second. We did things the Trainer's Way, and we're doing it again.
Our grooming services put an emphasis on cooperative care, a series of training techniques that help your dog maintain a sense of autonomy and prevent stress. It is our goal to train all of our guests to enjoy their visits at the spa, rather than try to force them through it.
To make sure your dog enjoys their stay, Cassidy has put together a handful of specialized tools, such as our heated bath robes.
Most importantly, we are maintaining our stance on social play areas and proper handling, which means that our dog spa is NO CAGE, NO KENNEL!
The Meet & Greet
Every dog's first reservation at the dog spa is a Free Meet & Greet. During this scheduled, 5 to 10 minute visit, we'll weigh your dog, assess their fur type, and introduce them to the spa.

Your dog will get to explore the space, investigate the equipment, and try out our treats. No grooming services are performed during the meet & greet in order to instill a positive first impression. This will help your dog to be more confident on future visits, especially if they have a history of anxiety around grooming.

Weight, Fur Types, and Pricing
Our prices are set using 2 simple factors: Weight and Fur Type, with a special discount for extra small dogs and young puppies.

Almost all dog breeds fall into one of our main 3 fur types: Short, Medium, and Long. Your dog's official weight and fur type can only be confirmed by the staff during a meet & greet, but feel free to use the tables below to look up your dog's pricing from home.
Fur Type 1
Short
Your dog never needs to be cut or trimmed, and their hair is too short to mat
Fur Type 2
Medium
Your dog needs clippers for grooming, but little to no scissor-work
Fur Type 3
Long
Your dog needs mostly scissor-work for grooming
Grooming Prices
Funsize Discount for Extra Small Dogs and Puppies
Small dogs under 10 pounds and young puppies under 5 months take less time to rinse and dry, so they receive a $25 discount on any Bath, Bath Plus, or Full Groom
This discount only applies once for extra small puppies. They need at least some time to play in the self-drying station!
